Vision:
Empowering single mothers and widows to become confident, self-sufficient, and spiritually grounded individuals who are prepared to thrive in their roles as wives, mothers, and leaders in their communities.
Tugabane – EROI Foundation is currently supporting five children with school fees, uniforms, and other educational resources. Our goal is to continue supporting these children while expanding our reach to more children and families in need.
Empowering single mothers and widows to become confident, self-sufficient, and spiritually grounded individuals who are prepared to thrive in their roles as wives, mothers, and leaders in their communities.
To provide holistic support and training to single mothers and widows, enabling them to break the cycle of poverty, build healthy relationships, and fulfill their God-given potential as women of faith. This includes supporting their children and empowering them to care for their entire family.
As TUGABANE – EROI FOUNDATION grows and expands, we envision to:
1. Youth Empowerment Programs-Establishing seminars, workshops, and training programs for young people (both male and female) to equip them with life skills, entrepreneurship, and leadership training.
2. Vocational Training-Introducing vocational training programs in areas such as farming, animal husbandry, crafts, and other handwork skills to provide young people with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship.
3. Mentorship and Coaching-Establishing a mentorship and coaching program to pair young people with experienced professionals and entrepreneurs, providing guidance and support as they navigate their careers and businesses.
4. Expansion and Replication-Exploring opportunities to replicate our model in other communities, both locally and internationally, to amplify our impact and reach more people.
By expanding our scope to include youth empowerment programs, vocational training, and community development initiatives, TUGABANE – EROI FOUNDATION aims to create a holistic and sustainable impact that benefits not only single ladies and widows but also the wider community
